How To Find Go Aquatic Facebook - Some people ask us, "hye, how can I find you on Facebook? I wanna keep in touch with you guys".

Majority of our PADI Open Water Course participants and leisure dive trip participants came from outside Kota Kinabalu city. They are here in Kota Kinabalu for vacation or for personal holiday.

They choose to join us to enjoy scuba diving and to do fun dive in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine park, which is only 15 minutes away from city center.

After completing their dives, they love to connect with us to know how we are doing and to keep up with our latest updates.

There are plenty of ways for you on how to fin Go Aquatic on Facebook. If you have Facebook profile, go straight to search box and type "go aquatic" or "goaquatic". Both spellings works in same way.

Right now we only have one (1) main Facebook Page. Go Aquatic Facebook page contents are created by our full time in house webmaster.

We didnt use normal Facebook profile created for normal user. We use Facebook page created for business brands.

Kota Kinabalu Diving 12 March 2020

Kota Kinabalu Diving Trip 12 March 2020 - Today we are receiving 4 new PADI Discover Scuba Diving participants.

All of them are Malaysians, coming from Peninsular Malaysia.

They all are good friends.

Our new Discover Scuba Diving participants arrived in meeting point at Jesselton Point jetty around 8:45 AM.

After that, they filling in registration form, answering basic medical questionnaire, then proceeed to our boat.

For today's scuba diving in Kota Kinabalu trip, we use our longboat.

We named this longboat "Princess Mera". We prefer to use our longboat when we have less than scuba diving trip participants for the day.

As usual, we depart from Jesselton Point jetty.

This is the place where we depart every day for our scuba diving trip.

After completing Discover Scuba Diving activity, normally we will suggest them to continue to PADI Open Water Course in Kota Kinabalu, so they can get their own scuba diving license.

Majority of people who joined Discover Scuba Diving in Kota Kinabalu choose to join because they want to try how scuba diving experience looks like at first time doing it.

For people who wants to enjoy diving but dont want to get a license, you can do Discover Scuba Diving. But will only diving to maximum depth of 12 meters only.

Our PADI 2020 Sticker

PADI 2020 Sticker Arrived - At the time we wrote this post, we are already entering the third month of year 2020. It is the beginning of a new year.

It will open up a new journey in whole new era. The year of 2020 is very challenging to us.

New competitors focusing on scuba diving in Kota Kinabalu marine park such as us suddenly coming out and new challanges also coming out. Okay back to the topic.

We receive our own PADI 2020 sticker for our dive shop and dive center. To recall, Go Aquatic dive center located in Lot G30, Ground Floor, North Wing, Wisma Sabah, Jalan Haji Saman, Kota Kinabalu.

This year we receive 2 wall stickers. The first one handed out to us by PADI Regional Manager on 16 January 2020. The second sticker was sent to us by PADI Asia Pacific office from Australia using normal postal mail.

This is how the letter from PADI Asia Pacific arrive in our office, containing the PADI Member sticker for 2020. Please tap or click on the image for larger size.

PADI Sticker for 2020 is so nice because it is in blue color. Blue is our favorite color! Most of our professional PADI scuba instructor love blue color so much.

Blue is color of the sea. Blue is the color for calmness and togetherness.

Here is the comparison between PADI Dive Center sticker for 2019 and PADI Dive Center sticker for year 2020.

The old sticker (for 2019) is in purple color while the new one (for 2020) is in blue color. Shape and design still the same. Nothing change much eventhough it is 12 months apart.

So everytime you see these stickers in any PADI dive centers, that means they are following PADI's rules and regulation in their teaching practice.

For now, PADI is still the most popular scuba diving organization in the world. Until today, there are 137,000 professional members and 6,600 dive centers. PADI had awarded more than 27,000,000 diving certifications internationally.

Kota Kinabalu Diving On Sunday 25 August

Kota Kinabalu Diving On Sunday 25 August - Weather is so good as we go out to Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park for our scuba diving activity as usual. We go out every day for our scuba diving courses and leisure diving trip during our Kota Kinabalu diving routine.

If you are interested in Kota Kinabalu diving and looking for scuba diving operator that go out everyday to local marine park, we invite you to join us.

For leisure dive, we do 3 dives in 1 day. Normally it will be 2 dives in the morning and another 1 dive after lunch break (usually starts at 2:00 PM) before we heading back to Kota Kinabalu city center to finish our diving activity for the day.

Today (on 25 August 2019) we bring 7 divers onboard - 4 divers in leisure dive group while another 3 in PADI Open Water Course learning group joined by new participants from mainland China.

Our instructor teach scuba diving in English, Chinese and Malay. All are from Kota Kinabalu and full certified as scuba diving instructor by PADI.

3 Popular Dive Sites We Go During Leisure Dive

Kota Kinabalu Diving - 3 Popular Dive Sites We Go During Leisure Dive. If you are new here and you are looking for information about kota kinabalu diving or maybe leisure diving trip in Kota Kinabalu, you've come to right place.

Leisure diving is scuba diving adventure trip for licensed divers. If you havent got any diving license yet, you can join diving by enrolling into Discover Scuba Diving trip so you can dive until maximum depth of 18 meters.

So, where to we go for leisure dive / fun dive? Here's the list.

Dive Site #1: Clement Reef

Why Clement Reef? This dive site has most unique marine life compare to others. During your dive, you will see a lot of plate corals, whip corals, brain corals, a lot of barrel sponges and a lot of reef fishes such as fusiliers, parrot fish, anemone fish.

You will also see some jackfish, tuna, crocodile fish and lot of cuttlefish around this area. Clement Reef located just behind Sapi island. Maximum depth is 23 meters (some divers said maximum depth is 26 meters during high tide).

Dive Site #2: Eel Garden

As to it's name, you will see a lot of garden eels when you go scuba diving in this dive site around 13 meters to 18 meters. Eel Garden located in west side of Gaya island, facing Clement Reef behind Sapi island. This dive site has sandy bottom.

Other than that, you will see some goby fish, pipefish and several marine life in crustaceans species such as crab, lobsters, crayfish, shrimp, krill, barnacles brine shrimp, copepods, ostracods and mantis shrimp.

Other than small marine life, you will also able to see some stone fish and school of barracudas passing by. Eel Garden is popular dive sites for Deep Dive elective specialty during our PADI Advanced Open Water Course Kota Kinabalu.

Dive Site #3: Ron Reef

Located in frontal section of Sapi Island, Ron Reef is popular dive site for us to guide new PADI Open Water Course participants during their dives to make them see the beauty of underwater world in Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park, which is only about 15 minutes boat ride from Kota Kinabalu city center.

Here in Ron Reef you will see some turtle, a lot of sea fans, which will give you a beautiful view when diving underwater. Sea fans create a colorful - as they to produce calming presence while you're scuba diving in the area.

4 New PADI Open Water Course Participants On 22 August 2019

Kota Kinabalu Diving - 4 New PADI Open Water Course Participants On 22 August 2019. Today we received another 4 new participants. All ready for their Kota Kinabalu diving.

Three of them are family (father, mother, daughter) while the other one (backrow, far right) is alone. They all will learn scuba diving together in one group with Jeson as their instructor during their PADI Open Water Course in Kota Kinabalu.

They arrive in our dive center in Wisma Sabah around 8:20 - 8:30 AM. Once they arrived, our dive crew attended them and guiding them to our training room to wait for other participants.

While waiting their read their PADI Open Water Course manual book and answering all exercises in the book so they can understand more and can pass the final exam successfully.

PADI Open Water Course Classroom On 21 August

Kota Kinabalu Diving  - PADI Open Water Course Classroom On 21 August . Today we welcoming another 2 new PADI Open Water Course Kota Kinabalu participants.

They are Ryan from Kota Kinabalu and Cyril from France. Ryan found out about our Kota Kinabalu diving blog from Google Malaysia and decided to come to our dive center for a visit and to ask questions.

Finally, he decided to sign up to become certified PADI Open Water Diver and to get his own PADI Open Water Diver certification card after he completed the course. Today, he joined his first diving lessons by attending theory dvd video class.

5 New PADI Open Water Course Participants On 21 August

Kota Kinabalu Diving - 5 New PADI Open Water Course Participants On 21 August. Today we receive another 5 new PADI Open Water Diver Course participants during the start of our Kota Kinabalu diving activity. Weather is so good. No rain. Only bright hot and sunny as usual.

All of them arrived at 8:30 AM in Go Aquatic dive center in Wisma Sabah, then attended by our dive crew. They need to fill in and sign some formal forms first.

At 8:50, all of them finish with filling in forms and ready to go to Jesselton Point jetty where our boat is waiting to bring them to dive sites in Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park (also called KK marine park) for their scuba diving lessons.

This is our procedure for all new PADI Open Water Diver Course Kota Kinabalu participants. All gather in our dive center at first, then guided to Jesselton Point jetty by our dive crew, to show them where the location of meeting point is.

After that, they can walk to Jesselton Point on their own during last day of their course. No need to meet and wait in our dive center in Wisma Sabah.

Two of today's new PADI Open Water Course participants are from Hong Kong. Other 3 guys are from mainland China. (3rd, 4th and 5th from left). All ready for their dive lessons this morning.

Once they arrive in Jesselton Point jetty, our dive crew bring them into our catamaran boat (as shown in picture above) . Today total passengers in the boat are 11 divers, 5 dive crew (Alwee, Onn Onn, Zarul, Lily, Shukree) and 1 boat captain (Deen).

Today we use our catamaran diving boat, we named it "Aquaman".

Kota Kinabalu Diving On 17 August 2019

Kota Kinabalu Diving On 17 August 2019 - Today we are joined by so many guests. Actually to be exact, the total guests what dive with us today for their Kota Kinabalu diving activites are as follows - 5 divers for their fun dive trip, 2 PADI Open Water Course participants, 1 Refresher Course participant, 6 new PADI Advanced Open Water Course participants and 1 kid for his guided snorkeling tour.

This is the view during today's diving trip preparation at the jetty before they depart to Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park, which is only 15 minutes from Jesselton Point jetty. The majority of today's participants are Chinese. 5 of them are from Hong Kong. Others from mainland China.

Kota Kinabalu Diving Trip On 12 August

Kota Kinabalu Diving - Our Scuba Diving Trip On 12 August today joined by PADI Open Water Course participants, Rescue Diver Course participant and fun dive participants.

Fun dive participants all guided by Onn onboard our longboat, our experienced dive guide. He knew the area very well and has sharp eye during diving. During their Kota Kinabalu diving activity, they saw turtles, black tip sharks, nemo, school of barracuda and several nudibranches.

Our longboat brings Onn and Zarul to their chosen dive site for today's diving activity - Onn guided leisure dive trip while Zarul will teach PADI Open Water Course to his 3 new dive participants from Denmark.

EFR Course 9 August 2019

Kota Kinabalu Diving - New Emergency First Response Course participant on 9 August 2019. On 9 August, we receive another new EFR course participant from China.

Previously she was our PADI Open Water Course participant then continue her diving certification level to PADI Advanced Open Water Course before deciding to attend Emergency First Response Course as requirement to qualify for PADI Rescue Diver Course that takes 2 days to complete.

Here in this Kota Kinabalu diving blog we only talk a little about EFR course because there only small amount of participants taking the course. But, we noticed something.

The majority of all participants that joined our Emergency First Response (EFR) Course are female divers, since January 2019 until our latest EFR course on 10 August 2019 (at the time we wrote this blog post)

Emergency First Response Course With Japanese Student

Kota Kinabalu Diving - Emergency First Response Course with Japanese student. On 10 August, we receive new Emergency First Responce (EFR) course participant.

She is Kaori Takeuchi from Japan. She is in Kota Kinabalu for her English classes, as Kaori is one of the foreign student in International English Center Kota Kinbalau (IECKK).

Previously, Kaori was our PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course Kota Kinabalu participant back on July 2019. She completed her Advanced Open Water Course with Go Aquatic team then decided to pursue her dream of becoming a certified PADI Divemaster.

To attend PADI Divemaster Course Kota Kinabalu, one must have at least 60 logged dives and must at least has PADI Rescue Diver Course certification. And to become PADI Rescue Diver and to be eligible for the title as "PADI Rescue Diver", one must has Emergency First Response certification to qualify to Rescue Diver Course.

So that was Kaori did. She completed her Advanced Open Water Course and now continuing into Emergency First Response Course then to Rescue Diver Course before enrolling into PADI Divemaster Course.

Her Kota Kinabalu diving journey started with one thing - passion.

Kaori is a calligraphy artist. She produce artworks for sale and for exhibition. Her English was still in intermediate level and you will have to speak slowly with her during a conversation.

But, language barrier does not stop her.

On 10 August, Kaori learned Primary Care and Secondary Care with Matt as her instructor. Her EFR session starts at 10:00 AM on that day with dvd theory classroom session. She then stops for lunch break and continue to emergency senarios after that.

Finally, her EFR course finished up at 5:00 PM. She passed her EFR exam successfully then finally get certified as Emergency First Responder. She is now ready to save anybody during emergency situation.

Rainy Days On 6-8 August 2019

Kota Kinabalu Diving - Rainy Days On 6-8 August 2019 . Its been a while since our previous blog post on our daily Kota Kinabalu diving activity. Weather not so good during the 3 days. We got heavy rain in the morning.

The rain force us to wait until is stops. We have to wait about 2 hours before jetty security enforcement allow us to go out and do scuba diving in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine park, which is only 15 minutes from Kota Kinabalu city center.

Rains starts at early morning around 6:00 AM until 10:30 AM. After rain stops and wind not so strong, jetty enforcement allow us to go out. Our boat equipped with modern radio telecommunication system, so easy for us to receive bad weather news from jetty enforcement if the weather gets worst.

Lucky for us, it didn't. Only raining in morning time.

Kota Kinabalu Diving Trip 5 August 2019

Kota Kinabalu Diving Trip 5 August 2019 - Hello there! Its been a while. Today is the 5th day in the month of August 2019. We go out for our Kota Kinabalu diving activity as usual.

Today we have 7 new PADI Open Water Diver Course participant. All of them will attend diving session in Kota Kinabalu marine park. They will attend skills development session in confined area in Sapi House Reef.

The area is only several meters away from Sapi island beach where seawater is only at waist level, just like you see in photo below. After done with skills development, they will perform Open Water Dive 1, which is only about 5 to 9 meters deep, depends on the instructor and sea condition on that day.

7 New PADI Open Water Diver Course Participants

Kota Kinabalu Diving - 7 New PADI Open Water Diver Course Participants . These are all our new 7 PADI Open Water Course participants, all from mainland China.

All of them arrive in our office around 8:10-8:15 AM and attended by our dive crew. At 8:30 AM, all of them arrive there. Several minutes after that, our Kota Kinabalu diving crew guide them to the jetty.

The journey to the jetty takes only about 3 to 5 minutes walk on foot. They walk pass Suria Sabah shopping mall, Starbuck Suria Sabah and Jesselton Residences.

Normally for our PADI course students, we ask them to come to our dive center office in Wisma Sabah first to complete their registration paper to be given to their instructor.

They also need to sign liability release form, answer medical questionnaire before proceed to diving session with their instructor.

A Day In Scuba Diver's Life

Kota Kinabalu Diving - A Day In Scuba Diver's Life . That is how our "office" looks like. The sea is our playground, our second home and the place close to our heart. A scuba diver will not go far from the sea.

You might wanna know, where is this place? It is at Padang Point restaurant, a small location with nice view in Gaya island. This location is next to Sapi island. Padang Point's jetty is facing Sapi island's jetty.

You can see travellers and tourists wandering around while waiting for the boat or to enjoy the beautiful view. During our Kota Kinabalu diving activity, we bring our guests and dive customers here for lunch. The area is quite, as not so many people around and not so crowded as Sapi island. We also bring our PADI Open Water Course Kota Kinabalu participants here for their lunch break, as the restaurant cater most for scuba diving operators.

This photo was taken by Calvin, our professional PADI Instructor on 1 August 2019 at afternoon time. Weather was good. Hot and sunny. Seawater temperature was 30 degree Celsius. We got no strong current on that day and no strong wind. Only soft wind as usual.

10 Facts You Didn't Know About PADI Open Water Diver Card

Kota Kinabalu Diving - 10 Facts You Didn't Know About PADI Open Water Diver Card. Here's what you didn't know about world's most famous scuba diving certification.

1. Owning a PADI Open Water Diver certification card is a proof you have complete your PADI training. The card is also a proof of your current training level.

2. PADI Open Water Diver Card will be issued only to new participants who certified successfully by their PADI instructor. We didn't issue this card ourselves. We submit certification to PADI and PADI will issue this card.

3. Size of this card is 100% similar to normal credit card issued in Malaysia. The physical size measurement is 85.60 mm × 53.98 mm. This size is the same size as ATM cards and other payment cards, such as debit cards.

4. Color of PADI Open Water Diver certification card is gold (in front section) showing PADI logo proudly and it will be white in back side showing diver's facial photo, diver's name, Diver ID (diving license number), certification date, name of dive center and name of PADI Instructor. You will see "Open Water Diver" lettering in white color on the top section of the card above PADI logo just like you see in image above.

5. No need to renew your PADI Open Water Diver Card. It is for lifetime and will not expire for many years to come. This is why people said "once a diver you will always be a diver" because your diver certification will not expire.

6. Your PADI Open Water Diver Card will be sent directly by PADI using normal air mail or postal mail. For our PADI Open Water Course in Kota Kinabalu, the card will be sent by PADI Asia Pacific from Australia office.

7. For PADI Open Water Course participants in mainland China, their Open Water Diver card will be issued in digital form and linked with their WeChat account. However, this only applies for PADI divers from China only, because of mailing address problems. Divers from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, still able to receive their PADI Open Water Diver certification card using normal air mail.

8. PADI Open Water Diver Card dont have any micro chip at the front side. It also does not has magnetic stripe in back side. It is made from PVC and 100% plastic same as normal credit card, ATM card and debit card.

9. You can apply for special edition design bearing beautiful designs. You must have credit card or debit card to purchase Special Edition PADI Project AWARE certification card issued by PADI. Head on to PADI website to read more information about this. To get the special edition, you will have to "replace" your old card, means you will need to buy new one which has the beautiful design and with PADI AWARE logo on it. You can apply this at Replacement PADI Certification Cards web page in PADI.com website.

Kota Kinabalu Diving On 31 July 2019

Kota Kinabalu Diving - Dive Trip On 31 July 2019 . Today is the last day of month of July in year 2019. Time flies so fast! We didn't realize we are passing half year already. August gonna come soon and will open another new chapter in kota kinabalu diving activity for us.

Today we go out scuba diving in Kota Kinabalu with 5 divers - they are 2 new Discover Scuba Diving participants from South Korea, 2 new fun dive participants also from South Korea, 1 new PADI Open Water Diver Course participant from mainland China, which will be in his last day today.

3 instructors are going out today - they are Alwee, Jeson and Daniel Song. For your information Daniel is a South Korean PADI Instructor. He has been living in Kota Kinabalu for more than 5 years and speaks English fluently in American accent. He dont wanna be seen in this picture. Maybe we will introduce him to you in next posts.

What Is Discover Scuba Diving
- an introduction into what it takes to explore the underwater world.

- your movement with be supervised closely by a professional PADI scuba instructor.

How Many Dive You Will Do
- 2 dives in 1 day
- first dive will be a shore dive
- second dive will be "boat dive".

Where We Will Do Discover Scuba Diving
- in Sapi island's confined water are near the beach
- seawater will be up to your waist level
- this area has sandy bottom with no big rocks, comfortable for you to stand
- water depth is around 1.5 meter to 2 meters.

PADI Open Water Course Classroom 27 July 2019

Kota Kinabalu Diving - PADI Open Water Course Classroom 27 July 2019 . This is first time we receive new PADI Open Water Course participants that want to start their class at 4:00 PM due a sudden delay of their flight schedule. Those 2 new participants are Ester and Darren from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia .

Their Open Water Course theory class suppose to starts at 10:00 AM and will finish around 3:30 PM. The new participants contacted our dive crew via WhatsApp around 9:30 AM in inform about the sudden change in their flight schedule. They will have to wait until 1:00 PM for their departure time from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Kota Kinabalu international Airport. Their arrival time estimated to be at 3:30 PM.

Finally those new students manage to arrive in Go Aquatic dive center in Wisma Sabah around 4:20 after checking to their hotel in Little Gaya, about 3 minutes walk from our dive center. Our dive crew has advised them to bring their own food, snacks and coffee so they can eat and drink during their classroom. Their Open Water Course theory class finish at 8:15 PM. Eventhough they are quite late but both feel thankful they can finish theory classroom before attending diving session on next day.

PADI Open Water Course theory classroom is a main requirement for every new participants to as mental preparation for their course. Normally It takes 4 hours to finish.

After that, new participants will be required to answer Knowledge Review questions in their manual book so they can understand more and helps them to prepare for final exam in final day of their PADI Open Water Course in Kota Kinabalu.

Kota Kinabalu Diving Trip On 30 July 2019

Kota Kinabalu Diving - Our dive trip on 20 July 2019. Today is a public holiday in Malaysia, in accordance or coronation day of 16th Yang Dipertuan Agong (YDPA) of Malaysia.

Tuesday, 30 July 2019 has been declared a public holiday in conjunction with the installation ceremony of Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah as the 16th Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

However, we go out scuba diving in Kota Kinabalu as usual. Today, we bring 3 new PADI Open Water Course students, 2 Discover Scuba Diving students from South Korea and 2 divers for their adventure dive trip (for licensed divers) guided by our fellow instructors, Gary and Sam.

Today we only use 1 boat. It is the "Aquaman" skippered by Garcia and assisted by Deen as dive crew.

Kota Kinabalu Diving 27 July 2019 with Go Aquatic dive team - this is the photo of our new PADI Open Water Diver Course Kota Kinabalu participants from Kuala Lumpur (3rd and 4th from left), 2 new Discover Scuba Diving participants from Hong Kong (5th and 6th from left) and leisure dive group members (1st and 2nd from left, also 1st and 2nd from right).

The person at far left is passionate diver from mainland China. He speaks little English but can understand, only cant speak fluently. He has been diving about 40 times already and enrolled her daughter who just 12 years old (2nd from left) as new participant in PADI Open Water Course then continue to PADI Advanced Open Water Course in Kota Kinabalu on 23 to 26 July to be a diver like him. Both of them, father and daughter, share same passion and same love in scuba diving.

Kota Kinabalu Diving Trip 24 July 2019

Kota Kinabalu Diving Trip 24 July 2019 - This is a video recorded on 24 July 2019 showing you how it looks like in our dive boat, on our way to Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park (TARP) for our scuba diving activity for the day.

We do Kota Kinabalu diving every day. We go out everyday, every single day. As you can see, on that day we are joined by 5 new PADI Open Water Diver Course Kota Kinabalu participants, 3 certified divers for their leisure diving adventure trip and 1 Discover Scuba Diving participant from mainland China.

Before boat depart, all passengers required to wear safety life jacket and fill in their name in passengers' list for safety purpose. Before we go back to the main jetty at evening after completing all our dives, we will check on every one based on our passengers' list.

Boat ride from main jetty in city center (Jesselton Point jetty) takes about 15 minutes while boat ride from the marine park to the jetty also takes about 15 minutes. See you in a dive trip in Kota Kinabalu!

PADI Open Water Course Theory Classroom 23 July 2019

Kota Kinabalu Diving - PADI Open Water Course Theory Classroom 23 July 2019 . Today (23 July 2019) another 2 new participants came to our multimedia classroom to attend their 1st day of their PADI Open Water Course in Kota Kinabalu.

As requirement for 1st day, they must attend dvd theory classroom for about 4 hours so they understand basic scuba diving theory. It also include understand safety precaution and knowing underwater hand signal used for underwater communication.

Normally we start classroom session and finish around 3:30 PM depending on time arrangement. Your Kota Kinabalu diving adventure will start with getting your scuba diving license first before being allowed to dive in any location. Both our new participants today are from China and speak only little English. They are here in Kota Kinabalu for vacation.

The best diving shop to find scuba diving equipments in Kota Kinabalu city center is Dive Down Below Dive Shop. They are located in KK Times Square buildings, which is next to Imago Shopping Mall. Their location is about 7-10 minutes from Go Aquatic location (depending on traffic condition) and about 30-40 minutes walk on foot.

Dive Down Below sells entry level to professional diving equipments. Most of them are from best brands in scuba diving and watersports such as Suunto, Mares, ScubaPro, RipCurl, Tusca.

Kota Kinabalu Diving 23 July 2019

Kota Kinabalu Diving 23 July 2019 - This is Zarul and Mike (right) with boat captain Garcia in the background, while preparing for dive trip on 23 July 2019 at 9:00 AM.

Today, Mike will teach PADI Open Water Course in Kota Kinabalu marine park with new participant from South Korea, while Zarul with teach basic scuba diving skills to 2 new Discover Scuba Diving participants also from South Korea.

Weather is very good in the morning. Hot and sunny. Temperature on surface is 32 degree Celcius while temperature in seawater is around 28-30 degree Celsius.  Wind is not so strong. Means no big waves and no strong current when scuba diving in underwater.

Kota Kinabalu Diving - PADI Women Dive Day 2019 . Our PADI Women Day 2019 event was a success. The event created to celebrate women's participation in scuba diving industry, as recreational diver also as professional diver, working as Divemaster up to PADI Course Director
